MyTravelNetwork is the best resource online for all your travel needs, but here are some other useful informational resources available.

I did not receive my password!

If you did not receive your password, go to www.mytravelnetwork.com and click on "Supplier Login. Then click on "Forgot My Password" and place the primary email address that you placed in the initial registration into the box and send. You will then receive a new password at the primary email address.

How do I find my Password?

Just go to the MTN site and on the homepage click on “Supplier Log In” and then click on “Forgot my Password” and place your email address in the box and you will be sent a new password.

I am having a problem creating my Profile!

If this occurs, you should send a message and we would need to understand:

  • Are you using a PC or a MAC?
  • What Browser you are using?
  • What Operating System you are using?
  • Provide us with any Error Messages that you receive (cut & past them in an email to us)
  • Exactly what you were doing at the time the error occurred.

Once this information is received, we will review and respond as quickly as possible.

How do I add content to my Profile?

  • Go to MTN and click on “Supplier Login”.
  • Place the primary email address in your profile into the Login Box and the password that was sent to you to Login.
  • If you do not have your password, then click “Forgot my Password” and a new one will be sent to the primary email address that is listed in the profile.
  • Once you login, click any one of the categories and place your content.
  • Click on “Profile” and add basic contact information about your company “About us”.
    • If you cut and past from word you may end up with some transposition errors so check once you add the content.
  • Click on “Key Words” and check off the only the key words that are relevant to your company.
    • Remember if you try to mislead our members they have the ability to rate your services and tell the community about experiences with your company.
  • Click on “Photos”
    • You must have photos saved in “My Pictures” or somewhere on your computer. Click on the Browse Button and locate your photos. Once you add a photo you can also add a title. It is somewhat easy to do. The optimum picture size is 400px wide by 286px high at 72dpi. However the height is not critical and can be less or more. We need to crop the picture’s height on some of the pages so if the picture is too tall it may get cropped in an unexpected way because the process is automated.
  • Click on “Detailed Information”
    • Click on the “Add New” Button.
    • Create a “Name” for the Marketing Subject.
    • Add a “Description” for the Sales Response.

What are the specifications, best sizes for the Photographs that we can upload to the site?

What is happening when my content appears like this?

Velk�© n�& P�­sek We have noticed that a translation error can happen when information is cut and pasted from a Word Document or from a foreign language document into the forms. Try going back into your profile and correcting the information by typing it directly in to the forms.

What Supplier Categories should I choose for my company?

You should choose one category that fits your specific products and services best. If you have several divisions and / or services you are welcome to have a profile for each category. It is in your best interest to be upfront with our members and try not to mislead them. If our members fell that you are misleading them they have the ability to negatively rate you as a supplier and will often write negative comments and blogs you and about your company.

Please also understand that additional categories such as meeting planners, incentive operators, congress centers, destination management companies, consultants and others will be added soon as well.

How does one get listed as a featured or 'great deals' supplier on MTN?

We have placed lists on the site and these are considered Silver Profiles with very limited information.

Anyone can join free by completing a Gold Profile form. Your Gold profile will be rotated in the “Recommended” window on the MTN homepage and your profile can be searched by and presented to the vast member user-base. Go to www.mytravelnetwork.com and click on Supplier Registration to initiate the process.

  • Beyond that we have additional advertising opportunities to place Banners Ads on the MTN network through our parent company Intent MediaWorks, Inc. (IMW) in Digital Rights Management (DRM) files that are currently being distributed over Peer-to-Peer (P2P) to over 20 million of Social Networks subscribers here in North America.
    • These DRMs are typically related to music, video and entertainment.
  • In general these additional advertising opportunities are sold at an approximate cost of $6 CPM ($6 per 1000 impressions).
    • IMW can deliver up to 400,000 impressions per day for an advertiser.
  • If a supplier advertises with us then they are elevated to a Platinum status and their profile is rotated in the “Featured” window on the home page.
  • The Great Deals Banner locations are paid Banner Advertising and the costs are as above.

What are the demographics of the typical Peer-to-Peer (p2P) and Social Network Subscribers here in North America and world-wide as well?
